He is survived by his parents; Doris Lewis Mizzel and Danny Askew; three sons; Jeremiah Flythe of Newport News, VA, Reco, Jr., and Messian Lewis of Ahoskie; and four daughters, Rakiyah Cox of Ahoskie, NC, Renuyah Barber of Jersey City, NJ, N'Rishiyla and Raniyah Lewis of Ahoskie, NC; one sister, Latoyia Lewis of Winton, NC; four nieces, Larrodda and Pheoba Sims of Winton, NC, Adina Sims of St. John, NC, and Zandraya Brown of Winton, NC; two nephews, Jayden Harris and Jayveon Brown of Winton, NC; one great-nephew, Kristopher Lewis; and one great niece, Ja'Shayla White of Ahoskie; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives and friends.
