Bryant Keith Williams Sr

Bryant Keith Williams affectionately called "Black Ice" was born on January 31, 1970, in Hertford County, North Carolina, to Josie Marie Williams and the late Luther Powell. Bryant departed his life on Thursday, November 19, 2020, at Vidant Medical Center, in Greenville, North Carolina. Bryant joined First Baptist Murfreesboro in Murfreesboro, North Carolina at an early age. Bryant attended Hertford County Public Schools in Hertford County, North Carolina. He worked at Perdue in Lewiston, North Carolina for several years. Bryant loved his family and friends. He loved playing sports, cards, and joking, and laughing. Bryant was always there to support his kids at every event. When the Lord sweetly whispered his name, Bryant quietly answered His Call. Bryant was preceded in death by his father, Luther Powell; his brother, Shelton McCoy Williams; and his uncle, Otis White. Bryant leaves to cherish his memory; his wife, Maya Archie Williams of Greensboro, North Carolina; his mother, Josie Marie Williams of Murfreesboro, North Carolina; four daughters, Chelsey Coleman and Talia Coleman of Greensboro, North Carolina, Brittany Williams of New York, and Ja'Nyziah Eley three sons, Bryant Williams, Jr., Elijah Williams and ZaMaurion Williams of Murfreesboro, North Carolina; three kids that he loved as if they were his own, Diamond Stephenson of Murfreesboro, North Carolina, Aaliyah Beverly of Greensboro, North Carolina, and Raheem Stephenson; four brothers, Alton L. White (Carol) of Atlanta, Georgia, Michael D. Williams, Melvin Williams (April) and David Lee Eason (Lucille) of Murfreesboro, North Carolina; four sisters, Joyce A. Morgan (Earnest) of Waterbury, Connecticut, Angela W. Fennell (Melvin) of Ahoskie, North Carolina, Subrenia Long (Kurt) and Kerry Williams of Murfreesboro, North Carolina; three aunts, Eunice Eley of Murfreesboro, North Carolina, Doris Eley of Como, North Carolina, and Mildred Lassiter (Larry) of Ahoskie, North Carolina,; one uncle, Eddie White (Evelyn) of Newsome, Virginia; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. A special thanks to his homeboys who supported us in every way. We thank you for everything that you did. We love you. The Family.
